• Nurse-Liaison:    Full and part time positions available for Registered Nurses or Licensed Practical Nurses with Case Management experience.  Candidates will coordinate discharge services offered by Boston Home Infusion which include home infusion, respiratory services and medical equipment. Strong assessment skills required. 
  
  
• Nurses:  Home Care Registered Nurses or Licensed Practical Nurses with IV experience required.  Positions available for full time, part time and per diem.
